Happy Friday Everyone!
Yesterday I finished my last day of the Whole30 challenge. I ate no grains, no legumes, no added sweeteners, no dairy, no artificial preservatives, and no alcohol for 30 days. And I feel amazing! I encourage everyone to look into the Whole30. It will change the way you look at food forever!
As I was coming to the end of my 30 days, I realized how much I enjoyed the challenge of perparing food this way. I love the creativity and I love sharing my discoveries with you on here and on my Instagram (follow me @coreysuzanne.)
I have decided that I need a new culinary challenge for February. Chia Seed Puddings!
There are a few reasons I love chia seed pudding. 1) its supper easy to make and I can make a weeks worth in one day. 2) the flavor combinations are vast! Chia seeds are pretty flavorless and will take on whatever they are floating in. So, my options are wide open. 3) chia seeds are super healthy!
