Whole30 with Kids: What We Ate

Whole30 With Kids

Remember the our Whole30 with kids from January? Well I’m finally posting about it!

I’ve been avoiding this post for a while, just because writing it is such a huge undertaking. But I’m glad to finally get it out to everyone. We had such a good experience doing the Whole30 with our kids that I wanted to share it with you all.

So how did our Whole30 with Kids go? It really was a great experience. We only had one or two breakdowns over food and we had three birthday parties right in the middle of it all. The breakdowns where within the first week and were kinda terrible, but not any more or any less than any other tantrum that either of my kids have on a semi regular basis.

I was going to give some tips on surviving a Whole30 with kids, but the list started to get pretty long and this post is already long, so I’m going to make a Whole30 with Kids tips and tricks its own post later down the line.. For now all you get is what we ate. All 30 Whole30 with kids meals! Ready for 30 days worth of Whole30 kids’ meals? Here you go!

A quick note about photo quality: Since I got my DSLR camera I have tried really hard to include high quality photos in all my posts. This post is different. All of these photos were taken with my phone. Some of the lighting is bad and some of the photos are a bit fuzzy. I’m sorry for that.
